“Women are not inherently passive or peaceful. We’re not inherently anything but human”

Our very first Woman Genius Wednesday post and it goes to non other than the awesome Tshegofatso Makoe. With this theme we plan on bringing you local female Geniuses with the aim of helping you harness some genius from them. We think Tshegofatso is amazing and we know for sure you will too.

Tshegofatso is the author of Loveselfbeautiful a Blog with a vision to empower women from all walks of life, she aims to challenge societal norms, complacency and the way women in the 21st century think. She does this through publishing content that has a mixture of real-life stories, motivational videos, book and film reviews; with the ultimate purpose of developing consciousness around issues affecting women and silently collecting all who wander and are lost to join her in the feminist movement.

She is a BCom Accounting graduate and currently works in the banking industry.  She is a tenacious and confident woman who’s after greatness.

She is one of the first individuals to contribute to Genius Level and with that, we salute her for her initiative to ‘genify’ our readers and inspire women across the country to take a stand for greatness as she has.

Please visit her Blog at
